Sri Sri Ravi Shankar addressed a 5,500 strong audience at the Royal Albert Hall on the 19th June.

Whether it was The Beatles or Jay - Z, Albert Einstein, the H. H. Dalai Lama or Nelson Mandela, the Royal Albert Hall has staged some of the greatest icons of the world who have enlightened London with their wisdom, art and depth of their profound passion and love. Other icons that have spoken/performed at the Royal Albert Hall include H.M. Queen Elizabeth II, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Frank Sinatra and The Rolling Stones.

Suhel Seth session - 'Meditation 2.0 is all about going deeper'. Just before Gurudev leads one of His esteemed meditations, Suhel will dive into the subject to truly grasp what is meditation and what makes it so important to everyone. Suhel is a prolific commentator on subjects ranging from business, social affairs and the arts, this conversation will surely raise the bar on the profound importance of spirituality in todays world.

LDN satsang (London Satsang) is an ensemble of Art of Living teachers and volunteers that have been hosting Kirtans and Satsangs for 3 years on a monthly basis around London. They are dedicated to promoting the age-old tradition of melodic Sanskrit chanting that is uplifting and joyous. They will sing popular bhajans from the Art of Living repertoire, performed in a contemporary yet traditional way.

What is Yoga?
